Refund procedure:

A Refund Request will be considered valid only if it is made through site as well as valid email address and phone number used during registration within 3 days of the payment.

Refunds shall be made through mobile financial services with which the payment was made within 7 to 10 working days of the refund request being successfully processed and approved by JPT Bangladesh customer service authority. This confirmation will be sent to the user by email. 

Requirement for a valid return: 

• Proof of payment (order number, invoice, etc.) 

• The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below) 

Return not applicable in following cases: 

• No refund request will be accepted after 3 days of the payment.

• No refund is applicable fraudulent subscriptions.

• Missing serial number won’t be acceptable.

• No refund is applicable for JPT Test taker fault as well as JPT Exam Center issue.

• After payment there is no way to cancellation.

Refund request & its condition related to return: 

Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 working days of the payment. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund. The refund amount refund amount will be disbursed through the bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer. Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
